Atta Boys and Girls

To All...

I just wanted to say how much I enjoy this forum. I was just trolling through another one looking for some ideas to do to the Jeep and it's amazing how... well... idiotic some people can be. Even if someone doesn't necessarily like or agree with your ideas here they are always supportive of your effort to customize your Jeep the way you want to and always have constructive ideas for you. I can't say so much for some of the other forums I've been to. Cudos to everyone here for keeping my faith in community forums and how helpful they can be if used appropriately! Off my soapbox now!

Trolling is not a good thing on forums and is generally frowned upon, even here.

I don't think he meant trolling as in the critical term generally used, but more like perusing and feeling things out. It seems our friendliness has made a good impact, having our friend come back to post on how welcome he's felt.

Thanks for coming back, lemonsbw - from a fellow Virginian!

Yes, trolling is a bad thing. It means you are posting just to stir people up and cause an argument. Perhaps you meant lurking (which means just looking) or you were actually posting on the other forums.

I only meant to point that out, wasn't making an accusation. WF is by far the best of the 4 major Wrangler forums. Welcome!

I knew what you meant Tom, but then we are both a little twisted.

I was informed by a certain someone to be more friendly, so I tried harder.

Can you talk to my kids about such a quick turnaround time? We've been working on this for years. Freakin' teenagers.

No one said anything about a turn-around. It was just this once.

I figured. But it was a great mistake...it got Tom to play well with others.

Now if we can just get him to stop running with scissors and use his time wisely...

Before the internets were around, trolling used to looking around, searching (for fish).

So, how's that working out for you, Tom?

LOL, jk Tom, wanted to beat everyone else to it.

I should probably heed that advice myself.
