I need help with an internet,cctv,android phone problem. I installed an Averdigi EH1000H-4 Nano security camera system at one of my locations. I had the company I bought the system from hack into my computer to set up dynds? or to hook it to the internet. Pardon my ignorance on this stuff. Any way my wife and I have android phones and we downloaded Averviewer app to monitor the system from our phones. That was 8-05-11. We were successful and could view the camera system through our phones. A few days ago on both phones when we log into the Averview app all we get is the Aver icon with the message, Starting network failed! I uninstalled the app and reinstalled, put in my host or IP number, port, password and it still will not work. So I checked to see if my IP number had changed on my computer but it is the same. I am not sure but I think that is one thing the dynds does is keep a constant IP. Anyway my question is what does Starting network failure! mean and is there something I can do to fix it. I am not computer literate and the cctv co. needs to set an appointment with tech to check which means I would have to be on the camera location at a certain time and date. Frustrating like having to bring your Jeep to the dealership. If anybody has an answer I would appreciate the help.
