Civil Service Exam..

So i'm taking the CSE to become a New York State Trooper here in February. My question to all of you who have ever taken it is, what kind of question should I expect on the test and what should I expect overall? There seems to be a lot of law enforcement individuals on here so Im hoping you guys can help! Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
George

I took a civil service test for the fire department. It was long and boring. It consisted of basic reading and writing, and a lot of problem solving questions. I made pretty good on it but I used a book I found on the net about civil service tests. I think I got it from icampus.com. The test are some generic questions that test your ablitly to think and do basic problem solving. Hope this helps.
