Nice.

I know the iTunes EULA states not to use to create nuclear, missiles, or biological weapons.

A mule is the offspring of a male donkey and a female horse.
A hinny is the product of a male horse and a female donkey.

The band "Kiss" has 2 logos - one for use in Germany, and one for everywhere else. The S's in their original logo are banned from print in Germany as they may be percieved as representing the Nazi Schutzstaffel, or "Protection Squadron" of the third reich.

There were 13 others, in addition to President Randolph, who served a total of 16 terms, before George Washington became the first Constitutionally elected president. He was our 15th president, serving term 17.

Johan Johansson, in 1919, invented the interchangeable socket we all rely on so much to fix our Jeeps. The next year Snap-on Tools Inc was formed, and began to sell these interchangeable socket wrench sets, where "10 do the job of 50", by placing them on fine jewelry mats at mechanics places of work and offering "time paymemts" or one of the first forms of sales credit in the US market. 10$ for the set, 1$ per week for 10 weeks.

The peregrine falcon dives at speeds over 200mph, making it one of the fastest moving organic objects on Earth and the fastest of all animals. It was used to hunt by princes in the middle ages, and reserved for them alone. The King only had a "better" bird, the Gyrfalcon (Eagle).

Many modern falconers started with a book written by Fredrick II in 1240, the first such book on falconry. It is still reveered as one of the most inclusive books for falconry in existance.

This threads gonna get me in trouble. I gotta do some work before the world ends!

Also have been told that the orignal name of the band was going to be F***. But was too ofensive.

While officially reportedly extinct, the Eastern Puma is listed by the State of VA as endangered. There are also numerous people who claim to have seen them (including me), and some who alledge they have witnessed National Rangers releasing them from cages (not me), presumably from the Rockies. Without the Mountain Lion to eat white tail, the deer would destroy many of the just now recovering eastern forests. This is one reason hunting is now a very important part of ecological balance, due to our overhunting imbalance.

Originally Cartoons based on Comic book characters were not allowed to be aired on TV until the FCC began to regulate it

Al Michaels was traded by ABC to NBC for Disney to own the rights to Oswald the Lucky Rabbit, a cartoon character developed by Walt Disney himself (which he lost in 1928) but previously owned by Universal Pictures (now NBC Universal).
