Covert, Michigan

howdy. wondering if there is anyone on here from or around covert. i am going out on the 22nd of august to work at Palisades for the outage and was wondering what its like around there and any help on finding a place to live from then till october 13th. THanks and maybe some wheelin while im there but ill be workin my tail off.

I live about 2 hours from there, on the other side of the state, but I don't know any great wheeling over there, unless you want to go run the dunes. There are some great beaches in that area on lake Michigan, but can't be driven on.

What type of outage you working? Power plant or refinery?
