Crew, Sculling, Rowing

Anyone here do it or have tried it? I've always enjoyed watching it but never have tried it. Now I think I want to before I get too old.

I dunno... It looks kinda painful. I could be the guy on the end yelling for them to row. OOH, or maybe water skiing behind it!

It's alot of fun, you don't need it to be a team sport, they make singles, and they are dam fast. I used to rent one from special services on the naval training center in SDiego and row down and back up the big stream that runs through the base. With the singles there is a trick to getting on and off but I'll let you discover that for yourownself it's fun to watch a newbie....

Does look painful. Web sites say it is one of the best total-body, low-impact workouts there are.But I can imagine the three guys to the right are thinking "what the hell did I get into this for!?" Or they are just taking a crap.
