God those things are soooo good.

I think it says to use them for twelve weeks then stop. It's uhhh...been twelve weeks.

Funny thing is I work with a guy who's been chewing the gum and using the losanges for almost 6 years. I guess that's proof it won't kill ya.

I hope to be done with my new habit by the end of August.

I just quit dipping Went back to smoking, now trying to quit that -.- I tried the gum but it just tasted horrible. =(:chair:

Its funny I went almost all day without one cig because I was having fun in my jeep and dident even want one. I want to keep it smoke free because I know what it does to the inside of vehicles.

Maybe if I just drive my jeep around all day I can quit smoking! Think of all the gas I would have to buy. =(

Yep they have nicotine in them. Your choice of 2 mg or 4 mg.

You're supposed to start with the 4's then step down to the 2's. I'm currently mixing the 2's with the 4's. These things are my friends.

Well, good luck man. I watched my dad take years to quit (smoking behind the woodpile most of those years so mom didn't know) so I assume it's a pretty hard addiction to kick.

My dad quit 30 years ago, he went from 3 packs a day to 0 in one day. But, when someone lights a cig around him you still see his lip quiver after all these years.
