If the parking brake light comes on, check the parking break cable. I'm sure there is even some kind of switch under the dash for it to light up the dash light.

yeah i know, but the way it shopuld work is if u let the parking brake off and it stays on u have a problem, but idk now!

i just wanna make sure its not something that is gonna make the brakes suddeenly fail, but if it is something that just flashes when i take turns thats fine i dont care, im guessing it is just somethin wrong in the electrical system since it is 11 yrs old and has 140,000 miles on it

The fluid level sensor for the brake fluid is mounted on the right side of the master cylinder...When you take a hard left, the fluid shifts and causes the "brake" indicator light to come on momentarily... No real issue, just make sure your fluid level is ok. You're not going to plummet of some cliff somewhere...
Ironically enough...I knew someone else who had the same problem...

Maybe slow down a bit in the turns? It's a caravan, not a Porsche.

I was thinking the same thing. You drive your new jeep like that and you are going to roll that thing so fast.

Check that thing over really good...Chances are that fluid went somewhere. Maybe a leaking rear wheel cylinder or something.
