Does your jeep have feelings?

let me say first off. i have to truly go off-roading in my jeep. the closest thing i have is a little spot right behind my local meijer. there are no curbs, no lights so at night its free reign, all it is is around a turn on the back road you take a short little de-tour off the road threw some mud and back on the road. sure its small but i find it fun. and do it pretty much anytime i go up there for something. but something happened yesterday that made me think. after i had done it and went to park to go pick up some beer. i found out something about my jeep. the idle was a little higher, ever so slightly just enough to notice. and it was more responsive and felt like she had more power. i was astonished! so i went back this morning and did it again to see if it would happen again. and what do you know! do you think my jeep is trying to tell me something? or am i just going insane. does this happen to anyone else? maybe its time to start planning a off road trip....

haha mine does have its own mind- I was walking it up on the trailer after my wheeling trip at the badlands. She stalled out in 4low when the front the front tires got on the trailer then she didn't want to start so I rolled her back off and she started just fine. Then walked her up again and she was lurching and bucking. She was pissed. She wanted to keep playing.

I took mine off roading at the river (nice little trails there) I stopped long enough to toss a few roses in the water and when I got ready to leave she wouldn't start. Had to have her towed home. Stubborn!! I do believe that vehicles have a soul. I was having trouble with my BMW and it broke down on me several times over the course of 6 months, but it never left me stranded. It always made sure that I got to a safe location before it would give up.

Amy's Jeep hates me. When it screws up it's usually when I'm driving.
Maybe it's because I cuss it out and threaten to turn it into a go kart.
