Don't hate me, I'm sorry!!!

I'm sorry...

I bought a car last week and have to sell the Jeep
A guy is coming from New Mexico to buy the Jeep (I guess he REALLY wants it).
I needed a car to go back and forth from school that is good on the highway and that got good gas mileage.
My plan is to get a newer Jeep rig with less miles when I graduate in 3 years

2001 Saab 9-5 Aero (turbo)

I will still be on here (WF), but I have to say goodbye to my baby
Goodbye baby

Don't beat yourself up about it too bad, I had to do it too. You'll be back in a jeep before too long, took me a year and a half, but I feel complete again.

Being a misplaced desert rat, the background in your pictures makes me drool. Looks like an awesome neighborhood

I was faced with some of the same issues on having to drive long distances regularly in my wrangler. I compromised by going with an XJ. It is a much better road vehicle even with the lift and mods, and I still have the capability to go offroad. (And more importantly, IT'S STILL A JEEP!) I got over 20mpg the last two tanks.

Hell RB, I did the same thing... Remember? Went from my TJ to a New Beetle. It was a good move. I wouldn't have been able to afford driving the TJ across country. I made the 2600 mile trip in the bug on 5 tanks. Considering the size of a Bug's tank, that's pretty damn good. Once I got settled in, I got another Jeep. You'll be fine. You'll get another Jeep. Cuz, the "Jeep Thing" is a terminal illness.

Nice Saab!

Hope you got an extended warranty with that Saab.....Love them, but they cost a fortune to fix....tranny $4000.00, electronic ignition mod. 600.00 and always add the labor in white coats to it for the final bill. Good luck, I love um,but will never own another!

I know how you feel B. I might start driving the Mustang for awhile to school because it just gets better MPG and now that gas is starting to go back up it is killing me.

The guy picked the Jeep up this morning.

No, no no, I bought my Jeep for 5 grand (was stock), sold it today for $7300
and I bought the Saab for $7000
and yeah, all of my money is going straight to the bank, gotta get ready for those unexpected repairs.
