Earthquake

Nothing new for all of you out in Cali, but it is something rare for Texas. I got to work and noticed the guy I was transferring from was a little excitable. We had a small earthquake (3.3) epicentered at the old 360/trinity offroad area. It made for an interesting shift change.

That's pretty cool! I've never experienced an earthquake before. The only time Midland had an earthquake I was actually in Palm Springs CA playing golf not too far from a fault line.

I was in Seattle when I felt a big earthquake. It was the one that pancaked that bridge in California in the 90's. It is a weird feeling when the earth shakes and a picture on the wall starts to rock back and fourth.

Something really freaky is seeing waves in the earth (like on water) coming at you.
