East to West road trip

Hey all
I'm selling my place and moving to SoCal soon. Has anyone done the East to West trip? Which is the best route?

Wow that's a big move! Congrats on making the change though. Never done it myself but if you swing through Midland I'll buy ya a beer.

I did it not too long ago, it was a pain. Iwent from ohio down through missouri (misery), oklahoma, texas, NM, AZ, and Ca. It was a long trip in a jeep towing a trailer.

Thank you! yeah I decided not to do the trailer thing and I am getting quotes from movers. I'll keep loading my Ipod so Missouri doesn't feel like misery. Beer in Texas sounds good! Cheers
