A thread starts with a flux capistor question and ends with taco scented exhaust. Gotta love it.

Just to be a loser and to clarify a common misconception with the Delorean in Back to the Future... It was still powered by an internal combustion engine, The Uranium, and later Mr. Fusion, only powered the flux capacitor... I know. I am a loser. They are my favorite movies... I have watched them more times than I wish to count.

I was gonna say that a long time ago, but I didn't want to make anyone look stupid.

I bet I look more stupid correcting it than anyone I may have corrected. It is ok tho, I have embraced the way I am lol. I am a geek, dork, nerd, all that good stuff and I am ok with it, haha.

I would but I'm not sure if they know the movies they're talking about aren't real. I don't want to be the one who tells them there's no santa either. They might cry. I hate that.

these are some other great quotes too (from my facebook)
well the last one you would only get if you play sports but it doesnt have to be hockey

You must have been warned against letting the golden hours slip by; but some of them are golden only because we let them slip by.
~James M. Barrie

Nothing is miserable unless you think it is so.
~Boethius

"You lace up the skates, put on the gloves, strap on the helmet, and walk onto the ice and it doesn't matter that you failed a test, are fighting with a girl, or that your life is on a one way trip down the shitter, because your world is going to be perfect for the next couple of hours."

i live by these four quotes and this poem;

If you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you,
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you
But make allowance for their doubting too,
If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,
Or being lied about, don't deal in lies,
Or being hated, don't give way to hating,
And yet don't look too good, nor talk too wise:
If you can dream--and not make dreams your master,
If you can think--and not make thoughts your aim;
If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster
And treat those two impostors just the same;
If you can bear to hear the truth you've spoken
Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools,
Or watch the things you gave your life to, broken,
And stoop and build 'em up with worn-out tools:

If you can make one heap of all your winnings
And risk it all on one turn of pitch-and-toss,
And lose, and start again at your beginnings
And never breath a word about your loss;
If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew
To serve your turn long after they are gone,
And so hold on when there is nothing in you
Except the Will which says to them: "Hold on!"

If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
Or walk with kings--nor lose the common touch,
If neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you;
If all men count with you, but none too much,
If you can fill the unforgiving minute
With sixty seconds' worth of distance run,
Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it,
And--which is more--you'll be a Man, my son!

--Rudyard Kipling

What? Santa isn't real? Yes, I know the movie isn't real, however, the facts that I stated are real in the movie. Also, yes, they did run out of gas, when Marty went back to 1885 in the 3rd movie. He ripped the fuel line when he was running from the indians.

Hardy you are wrong on this one. All that means if you exhaust smells like tacos is that your manifold burrito's from your last trail run got too hot and dripped down into the manifold itself. It's okay. Just take some tortilla chips with you on your next drive and you won't notice the difference.
