Exhausts and intakes

I have a 93 wrangler 4 cyl
It hates hills and loves taking its time getting anywhere haha. I recently talked to someone who suggested maybe getting a performance intake or exhaust to help with my lack of power. Anyone wanna weigh in on how true that may be and if it would help, any suggestions on certain brands or styles over others?? Thanks

I'm not sure what stock gears are for a YJ but that will probably be your best bet depending on what size tires you run.
