It was a toss up. I was going to go with Kid Carnage, my on-air name when I was a radio DJ down in Georgia, but thought it was a little presumptuous. I went with Screwjack, my Jeeps name. Screwjack was a Hunster S. Thompson story about a desent into madness, and a love affair with a slightly evil cat.

Thanks Gus. Between racing and real work there hasn't been much time but I don't think that I could go on much longer.

A long time ago when my son was about 3 1/2 yrs old I used to haul him around on the mountain bike. One day we were cruising through town when we met Rev Jack Urquart (married me and the ex and baptized Daniel) an old family friend. Jack was also an ex-coastie like myself.

Me: How's it goin' Padre?
Jack: Hi Fella's.
Me: Nice day eh?
Jack: Sure is, what are you guys up to today?
Daniel: Cruising for chicks!
Jack: Well aren't you a couple of naughty boys!
Me (red faced): C'ya Jack!

The name got turned into KnottyBuoyz when we got our first boat and has stuck ever since.

Out of the mouths of babes! *blush*

If I had thought about it more when I found this site, I might have been more creative. Obviously, I drive a red wrangler.

when my first wife and I split up, I started running around chasing strange every weekend. the oldie "the Wanderer" by Dion came on the radio at work one time and my coworkers started calling me that in jest. It kinda stuck. I have it for a screen name in lots of sites.

PS. Ive settled down.. married 7 years this time around. Too old to chase them anymore..lol
