Ezpass mount

Way off topic. Just bought a new car and need to mount my ez pass. Can I mount it on the front windshield on a dotted antenna mat?

I've installed my Telepass (Italian version of the EZ Pass) on the windshield.
Before doing it I've made some test and it worked everywhere, even attached on the dash, just below the windshield.

The Telepass is sealed and battery powered, a battery lasts 7 years, I do not believe his transmit power is higher than the EZ Pass unit.
