First snow for my JK

I just bought it at the end of September and we got our first snow this morning. I decided to take a picture before heading out to work.

I can say without any reservations whatsoever that the stock tires are basically worthless in snow.

How much snow did you end up getting? In Minnesota I think the most was 6-7 inches by the boarder. Snow jeeping is the best

Only a couple of inches at most. It's pretty warm and that makes it dense, wet snow. We're supposed to get more today but I've been inside all day so I don't know if we've gotten any more or not.

Thus why I just upgraded to Cooper AT3s...love them so far. We got about 7" here I think, not as much as they predicted, but enough to play around in on the way to work. Not even a little slippage with the Coopers, even in 2wd.

Looking forward to my first snow here in the new A/Ts!

I like your personal license plate. I saw a Hummer with a plate that said "G PETER" (Jeep Eater ) and I've been trying to think of a clever comeback for mine. lol

The stock tires suck on snow so be ready for that.

A 78 Chevette would be better than an HHR.

That car was horrible! I've lived in IL all my life. I know how to drive in the snow & I put that car in the ditch more times than all the cars I've ever owned combined! So I'm looking forward to actually having a vehicle that can handle a little white stuff on the ground!
