Freaky New Year!

Just a little after midnight, my neighbor accross the street shot a guy who he just kicked out of his house earlier today. Cops all over, crime scene tape, CSI, the works. Don't know the details yet. Neighbors are nice people too, both are nurses at the same hospital my wife works at.

Okay, the scoop. Joe (Neighbor) has been letting a friend stay with them the past month. Friend has had girlfriend come over a lot. Friend and GF have been fighting so Joe kicked him out. Friend came back shortly after midnight kicking the door demanding to be let in. GF and a few other friends were in the house. Friend went around back, climed up to a second floor window and ebtered the residence and went after joes wife and his GF. Joe grabbed his .380, ran upstairs and gave him 3 center mass to stop the attack. GF ran out of the house while calling 911. Cops and the ambulance were here by 12:30 so it all happened real fast. I watched friend being taken to the ambulance and he was taken to a nearby parking lot to be transported by air. He died at the hospital. Joe was taken into custody but released. The county sheriffs office is investigating but say they don't plan any charges as of news time at 6 today. Joe is a real nice guy and so is his wife. They are both nurses. I tried to get some pics but they all were too blury. Makesme miss using my film SLR camera. Crazy stuff. Reporters came today, I got interviewed and scored 20 seconds of air time on the news. He was going to get the heep in the shot but the camera man made us move to get us in the sun.

Man...Nice! 3 center mass! Dude must have been a military nurse at one point! Most Nurses I've worked with couldn't hit the broad side of a ureter with an 18 French Foley Cath!

I used to live in Berkley County. I'm familiar with the laws there. I don't think he'll get charged. Too many witnesses saw the incident and he would have been charged by now if ever. A good friend of mine is on the NCPD.

Lindsay would be hot if she wasn't on dope and drunk all the time. I heard Kate Beckinsale needed a date so I'm just waiting for her call.

ding ding ding, you get a cookie. Of course, I found out one bullit missed, one to the abdomen and one to the chest. The guy attacked twice, I don't know which one missed but the ab shot was first to hit and the guy came back for more so the second hit the chest. S.O. wont comment on charges pending the autopsy report but family member of girlfrind has said there will be no charges.

That window ad was probably on purpous I'll bet.

It's been crazy, just a little comment to a reporter and people keep calling me or coming by the office to jab at me.
