I was getting some new tires and wanted a good bite to eat so I walked over to the Smokehouse in Rio Rancho NM. It's the best breakfast burrito I've had yet. It's a great local owned for bbq as well.

The sweetest part was that the owner Gary was moving some heavy concrete tables and I offered to help. That got me and the family free food. Can't go wrong.

Any other good local owned places? Golden pride is great too.

I live in Rio, haven't been to the Smokehouse for awhile though. I did find a great burrito place while on business in Santa Fe:

LaRisa Cafe on State Route 3 just south of I-25 in Ribera.
elRialto on Bridge Street in Las Vegas.
Steaksmith on Old Las Vegas Highway just outside of Santa Fe. GREAT primed rib and my wife says their fish is good. Pricey. Killer booze.
