I use Rugged Ridge grab handles. My family and friends appreciate and use all the time getting into my rig. Got pics in my profile of them. I paid around 20$, was easy to put on my roll bars and the velcro worked good.

Custom Paracord for sure. No Velcro or plastics on most, those have always broke for me.

They're braided paracord. With two wide Velcro straps

I got the rugged ridge type myself about 4 or 5 years ago. They have held up well. I did get the red and black style...and yes they faded in the sun. Nobody really sees them so I don't worry about it...my son in law "commented" about them the first time we went off road....after the first couple of hills I asked him if he wanted me to remove "the pink sissy lookin' handle" he was holding on to for dear life. He has never said anything negative about them since, and assured me that the handles make him feel much "safer".

I picked mine up from a company called "Surprise straps". They are paracord, and are available in a very wide variety of colors...the combinations of which are even more diverse. Kind of neat as you can have them "custom made" to exactly what you want...other than the standard black or red. A bit pricey...but unique. I am very pleased with them to date.
