Group trail run advice

If I were to plan a decent sized jeep group for a trail run (rated no higher than 3 on a bad day). What would be some good advice to go about planning such an activity? Safety concerns, contingency plan, tools, supplies, do's and don'ts etc.

CB radio at least for the lead and tailgunner. Map of the area if not traveled often, as stated above, water, a good lunch, extra oil/water for rigs etc. If someone has a winch, bring something to place over the winch cable if being used to keep it in place should it snap.

LOL! I guess hookers probably like wheeling as much as the next girl, but it seems like it could get expensive with a full day of wheeling if they charge by the hour.....

I'm actually putting together a project plan for my class. They said I could use any type of project planning so I thought I'd plan a jeep trail run. :P
