Well, I've had my Jeep for about three days now and today was AMAZING.
Well, I met up with friends and we went R/C crawlin. Then afterwards, we took out our trucks and hit the mud for awhile.
My Jeep was unrelenting and did everything with style and mud. SO SWEET.
I had the windows open and mud flew everywhere; what a rush that was. Then I get a call from the wife to pick up my daughter so I do that.
My daughter (3 yrs old) has never ridden in my Jeep before so as I get her in, she starts crying. I say, don't worry, it's just a Jeep. She says, "I don't like the Jeep."
I say, "Well, we need to drive it in order to get home."
She says, "No."
So I drive off and after a few minutes, she saying, "Don't stop. I love daddy's car. I love the Jeep. So, to make a long story short, she's hanging onto me and we're having a blast driving in the rain in my Jeep.
One day, I saw a daughter and father in a convertible and it made me think that one day, I could do that with my daughter. Well, today, it happened. My daughter and I cruising the Jeep in the rain. Wow. What a day.
I know it's not a big deal but I just loved driving the Jeep and seeing the amazement in my daughter's face. It's always an amazing thing when you surprise your kids like that.
