This is the only one I have. It was flown once over Sather AB, Iraq.

Hehehehe... Well, I don't know if the guys at OR Fab knew it or not when they made my swing away, but the threaded bar that holds my spare on fits my flag pole perfectly. The sidewall puts just enough pressure on the pole to lock it in place. So, I guess you're looking at an $800 flag mount!

Here's a closeup:

Cain you ever think of drilling a hole through the bar and put a hole in the flag pole and run a pin in it? That way it has no chance of coming out at all. Would suck if it did.

Well... Today was the first day I ever stuck it in there. But now that you mention it... That's a great idea!

You can patent the flag in the holder as long as I get the rights to the pin lol!

The wifey took the camera to Florida. I am flying the flag at home and I am sooooo appreciative for those who have served, and are serving!!! My dad is almost 90 years old, and up until the last couple of years has not shared his experiences. He was a prison guard in Aliceville, Alabama, a German prison camp, and then about the time of D Day, he was sent to France. He was in charge of POW's there who loaded trains with supplies going to the front lines. His experiences there changed his life forever, as I know all who served have been changed.

Thanks to our troops and the causes that they championed!!!

Edit....

They have had reunions for those who served in Aliceville regularly. German POW's have attended the reunions. The impact of what we stand for, and what happened in that point in history affect not only Americans, but the whole world.
