Has anyone orderd from quadratec? I have a Question.

I orderd some stuff from quadratec on the 17th and they still haven't even shipped it yet. I check the order and it says in warehouse. They gave me a tracking number but it says it cant be found when I go to ups. Well since they are draging their heals I orderd my lift kit from 4wd. So is this normal for them to wait to ship this stuff.

i do most of my orders thru quadratec. depending on the size of the order, they have taken anywhere from 1-3 days to ship out my orders. since you ordered last thursday they may not have had time to get ur order ready since i dont think they ship out on the weekends.

"In Warehouse" probably means that your order is packed and is awaiting pick-up by UPS. The tracking number will be activated at that time. I have never had any problems with shipments from Quadratec, in fact stuff usually gets here before I expect it.

I hate quadratec. I have ordered a few different things and they are all wrong. Then when I call to see if i can get it straightened out they tell me, that I was wrong and i had the right stuff. To be frank about it that made me angry, so I will never order from them again

I don't like to hear stories like that when I have parts on order from them. Well at least it was a small order.

Ive only had one issue with quadratec, i had a big order of 5 wheels, and a new lift kit. out of that whole order they accidentally sent me one nitro shock and three hydro shocks instead of four hydro shocks. and then one of the wheels actually had a tiny hole in it where it wasnt welded completely. this was error on the manufacturer's hand tho. even with these issues, i called them and they overnighted me the parts that were wrong and sent me return labels also.

Not to ruin your hopes but mine weren't very big orders.

Quadratec....nothing but good things to say about them. I bought alot of crap from them. Everything I bought from them is shipped out the following business day as long as its in stock. And it arrives at my house within 2 days. I've also had to do returns with them and everything worked out perfect. Their customer service is quite friendly and helpful too.

I've only ordered from them once.
(3 different items)

I didn't receive one of the items that I ordered.
Instead they shipped something completely off the wall in its place.
I called them about it, they shipped out the correct item, credited my card for the mistake, and let me keep the other item for free.

Pretty good customer service if you ask me,
but it sounds like they sure botch alot of orders after reading this thread.

Hope you get what you ordered.

the only thing i dont like about quadratec is they base their shipping prices on cost, not exactly weight.
But I havent ordered anything that has taken more than 2 days to get to me. So...
