Thumbs up Hats off to Chili's

Just wanted to say thak you to Chili's for the free meal last night...the place was full of Veterans getting a free meal! We had a very enjoyable evening, left stuffed and happy. There were one or two other establishments that were honoring Vets...Applebees and Golden Corral, and a local breakfast place that I am not familiar with. Thank you from me and all of the other vets that were there! We will be back soon to enjoy the full priced menu!

Good to hear! I heard about it, but wasn't sure if there was a "catch".

i'm glad there was no "catch," that would be pretty crappy on the restaurants part.

You should take advantage of things like that because they won't last.
License to kill gophers by the government of the United Nations. Man, free to kill gophers at will. To kill, you must know your enemy, and in this case my enemy is a varmint. And a varmint will never quit - ever. They're like the Viet Cong - Varmint Cong. So you have to fall back on superior intelligence and superior firepower. And that's all she wrote.

You're probably right, unfortunately. So, if you see a guy in fatigues or a vet, offer to buy his meal.
