Crossfit + supplementary strength work. I used to lift heavy all the time, but my old joints and tendons can't take it anymore . Now I'm 40lbs lighter and feel a million times better than I ever have!

I am a level 1 cross fit instructor. I will never go back to heavy lifting again. Cross fit is a much better and functional work out.

Whats happennen all?

Cross fits awesome stuff.

Do you do (speed dynamics) with your programing? Medicine ball work while balancing on swiss and 1/2 swiss balls?

Man looks like im going in for rotator cuff chopping #3 on my right. I have an MRI again today when I get off work. This time I get a high contrast one. They're going to fill my shoulder up like a water balloon with dye and shoot shoot more picks.

My shoulder was bad before but my dumb ass kartwheeled down a hill climb last time I went wheeling. Leave it to me to fall down the hill I drove to the top of.

Prob be 9 months till I can work out again.

Hows life BigC? You get Big Red back on the trail?

Is there some kind of national Crossfit registry?

Started running last night. My goal is to be able to do 5 miles in an hour.

Yup the bike wave!!!! Lots of the harley riders only wave to harleys though. I noticed that when I had my triumph speed trip.

Then got my Victory and waved to all the bikes.

Lots of HD riders are douches too and I say that as an HD owner. I find more people on sportbikes wave to me than HD riders do.

Welcome to CrossFit: Forging Elite Fitness is the main site
www.crossfit-springfield.com is where I used to go before I started on my own
There are crossfit gyms in every major city in the US, and many in smaller markets. They're all independently owned/managed. Try it out sometime!

Morning all. I remember when I had my bike I got waves from pretty much every other bike on the road. With the Jeep I get very few but I'm also not always the best at remembering to wave either. Crossfit looks to be a pretty solid program. Varying workouts are key to making any progress since our bodies adapt to what we're doing.
