I feel weird. I feel lost. Can someone help? I was driving my wifes liberty today to pick up some parts for my rubicon and i got jeep waved by a patriot. Im so confused........

Hahaha nope i was all up under my jeep when i bought it from the previous owner looking for rust leaks of any kind i think he was getting pissed bc i had a portable shop light and was inspecting throughly

Oh I was all around no rust under the jeep, just under the carpet that I didn't pull up, guess I know better for next time (which I'm buying brand new next time)

Lol. It's a smart move though. It's one of those things where ya the dude may look at u funny but you're the one living with the car for years to come... A dude being annoyed or avoiding tons of potential issues? I pick the latter.

Bc, I actually done have any more epoxy paint (that's the name of it) but I have a few cans of this, gonna test it out, after it drys I still plan on bedlining it, I hope it looks good, it holds up in direct sunlight right?? Hah

I wouldnt ee why not as long as it resists rusts thats the main thing especially being out that way

Yeah, I mean its meant for frame or suspension, I think it will work better on the floor board, spray it down tomorrow then do the Bedliner in a couple weeks, hmm wonder if I still should do the self etching primer

I think it will be just fine and you dont need the self etching primer bc has primer it but it wont hurt it if lay self etching primer down first

I'm not a cosmetic person, I can tear down the motor and be fine, cleaning and painting isn't me haha

I am the same way but protecting the rigs from the danger's of rust has to be primary.
