Thanks everyone for the help. I'm just bummed I probably have to find a new mechanic if it's something I can't resolve on my own. I have a great mechanic, but they're German car specialists and don't think they'd be the best people to work on a Jeep.
Need to find at shop that directly deals with 4x4's or if you can just jeeps period.

Yeah... It's just finding 4x4 mechanics where I am is as hard as finding German car specialists in Northern Idaho lol. I can't even find anything near by on Google.

I would guess a 7/16 or 3/8. But since I've never really looked at a tj with that much detail I'm really just talking out my ass.
