help needed with lift information

Hey all... new to jeep and the forum. I want to put a lift on my 2012 Sahara arctic edition.

I'm not real certain what all I need or don't need, what will work on the JK or not.

I'm looking at a skyjacker standard series 2.5"-3.5" lift series.

Nitro 8000 part number SJ-JK250BKN which includes the rear track bar brace. Price is $553 plus shipping.

This is from Morris4xrCenter.com

I understand the nitro shocks are more aggressive than the hydro.

Does this kit include all I would need?

Is the purchase of the leveler part needed?

Will this fit on my rig?

I found this and automatically like it better. Wish the suspension was a higher lift than 2.5"
