Poor Shell. Sad that you had to figure it out that way.

Anything exciting tonight?

how ya doing shell?

I had a pretty decent night at work. I have been keeping my "clean" diet for the past three days now that I am starting back into lifting and everything. So I ate pretty good tonite, less fried food. I made a grilled chicken piece from a grilled chicken sandwich, and put swiss cheese on it ( I wanted sharp cheddar but we dont have any at work) and then grilled onions, green peppers and tomatoes on top sprinkled in parmesean cheese and some pepper and garlic salt. Was pretty tasty for a fast food joint.

I'm not bashful, you ought to know I just don't want to jump in on the middle of your conversation until your done. I backtracked but didn't recognize much of what was talk about so, I just kinda figured I would see what happens. I have alot of my mind I guess right now.

Haha, it was actually really, really good. I think maybe I should just become a chef hahaha. The one lady I work with was like oh I wouldn't eat that I don't like swiss cheese... haha. I hate closed minded people. You could hardly taste it. But yeah I always cook weird stuff or make stuff that people don't and they say oh thats weird and try it and are like, ohmy goshhh. I cook for my gf sometimes too :P

Oh, and btw I like older girls because they are more mature, but younger girls because they are outgoing sometimes, older girls tend to be like "oh I am experience and been there with 5 other guys" attitude. But I have my girl now so I don't have to worry

Oh, and my bro bought a 1996 F350 dually, big diesel truck. The guy before him had it set up for fifth wheel and he hauled cars and trucks with it from auctions. He said he is getting a trailer and then wants to tow my jeep out to rauch creek and wheel it

A local semi-fast food place, named "The Cow". It's been open like 50 something years and we have like over 100 things on our food menu and like at least that many different ice cream treat things on the ice cream side. Its basically like better cooked food than youll ever get at fast food but still really affordable. and its all old family tradition stuff and its really good food. mostly grilled and fried.
