Actually you cant turn fat into muscle, because they are two completely different cell types. But you can change body composition AKA fat to muscle ratio. I am already pretty muscular, but I have been bulking (eating above what you need to maintain weight) to gain weight, and now I am in a cutting stage which is where you reduce diet to loose fat but maintain as much muscle as possible. Or I could do something called a recomp which is where you gain muscle and lose fat at the same time, which is actually very hard to do. I am kinda trying to recomp right now but the main goal is to shed a few pounds on the legs and belly and tighten up my chest and back.

Yeah, I know I am way too serious about lifting/bodybuilding LOL.
im on a strict meat and potatoes, weight lifting and rugby diet right now.

4500 while taking off going to the firehouse for a run. The little 4banger has some torque once you hit 2500 I must say.

Ive done the research bit not the build yet.... Gotta get tools then I'm goin for it, only thing stoping me, if I want the tools I gotta sell the banshee, looking at about 1400 for the bender and 3 dyes to get started. Plus a good wire feed welder on top of that..

Not sure I'm ready to give up the bike yet lol.
Makes for a pretty hard choice, but I think I'm gonna have to let it go

I could redline it if I wanted to, but that involes me putting it in "2" and then going for it. hahaha.

That's what I wanna do, anything I build for the jeep, I'm gonna make a jig for so I can easily build several to sell on the side. Hoping to be able fund a custom chopper build. So that's where my research is goin right now

I haven't hit the rev limiter yet but I have hit around 4500 or so. Go out leave it in 2nd and let it wind out! Be careful shifting at that high of rpm. Be sure to push the clutch in all the way.
