Used to install radios and stuff in police cars.

Now, I use a "nibbler", but I doubt he has one.

Mine are good for plastic, sheet metal and Aluminum plates. Takes a long times, since it only cuts a 1/4" sliver at a time.

If I attach this to something flat I might have dad use the laser to cut the hole

The laser or the hole? The laser is capable of plastics and light metals. The switch is maybe size of your thumb? (or at least mine)

Lol okay uh idk how to describe the size. Slightly larger than the o/d or fog light switch on a Tj. One and a half of the jk switches.

Nice IC!

very funny Cdawg... it still hurts lol but its getting better. I can still pull it out of the socket it hurts.

I would not use a jig for something that small haha. maybe a good sharp small knife if you have one.

Lay it out with a sharpie where you want it. Then drill multiple holes in that rectangle. Then use a sharp knife and file to remove the excess.

make sure your sharpie is slightly smaller than the size of the square or else youll be left with sharpie on the outside of your hole. your cutting the lines out, not inside of them. Seems simple but once you draw the lines without thinking its hard to undo...

Sway links? Been there...BFH helps, but in my case, it was a NFH. Normal...hammer.
