Concentrate on the areas that grow well then. And trim the rest away.

I can get away with about 3 days growth until I start getting complaints. Or I just let it go until it gets past the itchy stage.

I get razor burn if I use a traditional blade and acne and if I use my trimmer I can't get it close enough.

Apparently using a Safety Razor and shaving soap is pretty awesome. The blades are like $0.18/ a piece.
