Don't want to mess yourself up too bad generally. We have really awesome athletic trainers which helped a whole lot. I sprained my MCL late in the summer during our scrimmages, but that's no tear. Thanks goodness.

These injuries are bad compared to mine haha. Got nailed in the finger with a puck, out for two games couldn't grip my stick, I had a huge blood blister I tore open with a razor blade in the locker room trying to get back out and play, don't do this. Then I fell asleep one day in my car, woke up, and my back just was destroyed when I moved, I was in bed for 3 days, that knocked me out for a month. Got back in time for the playoffs though.

Hey guys, what do you think of this shopping list? I've got a little over a grand in graduation money... I'm getting a spider web shade top for myself and my dad (Fathers day present) so I may do this with the left overs.

Jeep Parts, Jeep Accessories & Jeep Soft Tops From The Jeep Parts Experts - Quadratec

I might look for better deals and etc. but I figured the Warn bumper looks good, D-rings plus the hoop and it's most likely compatible with many winches. As for the rear I know it's Smittybilt but it's pretty good for what it's purpose is...

haha nice. I swear I always have some injury on my hand or arm. either a cut or burn from work, blisters and stuff from the gym, smashed fingers from the jeep.

I have to say the sorest my back has been was either after deadlifting 317 17 times or maxing out on dead lift. its a good sore though cause you know you did work

Seriously, dang I though it'd work. Oh well. It's a good looking list. D-Rings all around... The winch won't happen for a while. I'm getting a job soon so I'll start saving up for random stuff and spending a little on the jeep when I can. I don't want to over do this jeep as my main trail rig will be a LJ in the future hopefully.

Haha, I can understand. I just reused my old toe hooks and cut my front and rear bumpers down, and bedlined them. saved me alot of cash. I use my hitch as a tow point in the rear. so no need for bumpers for me, but I have been dying for a poison spyder.... ah well.

work is good and money is good, but it sucks. dont let anyone tell you otherwise. Id take free time anyday.

anyways thats good that your gettin your dad a fathers day gift, good plan! haha

All I want is upgraded speakers, I can't stand the stock ones, I'm happy with my tires and lift for now. Now who likes country music?!

I like all music, I'm just into rap right now... Which is weird. But I threw some Sony Xplods in my jeep a while back. They're better than stock plus they have a sweet 10" sub that's perfect for behind my rear seats and on top of my Bestop Instatrunk...

I've seen Jason Aldean, Eric Church, Kenny Chesney, Zach Brown Band, Billy Currington, and Uncle Kracker in the last two weeks. Tim Toby and Brad to come.

some country im good with. I really like alot of different types of music. I like alot of hard metal and rock too though. alternative. screamo. punk. but also easier stuff too. depends on the mood. I have alpine type s up front and pioneers in the sound bar. they do work. I did have a 12in kicker L7 in the back on a kicker 750.1 but I blew the sub. ah well.

I was thinking about the xplods, I'm not sure they'd be that much better than stock from what I've read. I'm used to bose in our other car, so I don't think anything will sound like that.

Bose actually doesnt make all that great of car audio believe it or not. It does have some good stock systems in cars that are pretty expensive but their aftermarket is hit or miss.

I got used to Infity stuff myself, but trust me Sony Xplods are way better than stock. Plus a better head unit... I mean for the 20-40 bucks at wal mart I was like alright. I'll upgrade them later, I LOVE music. I'm a percussionist and I played in every band ensemble I could get myself into over my 4 years in high school.

I've got Polk in the dash and sound bar. Pretty good. I'll be getting a couple for the rear as well

Yeah bose came stock in the GMC Yukon. They sound great.

I saw the Xplods in Wal Mart, they're probably what I'll get, or Alpine.

Alpine is good too. I say if you have the money to get what you want in the end, go ahead and grab it now, unless there is something that you want more on your list.

Alpine is kinda eh expensive but not impressive. I just installed a front and rear set of Polk speakers in a YJ. That sucker was at almost 100db with the hard top on. And crystal clear.

I have a Sony Xplod head unit, and 2 Rockford Fosgates in the dash. Sounds nice. The sound bar makes all the difference.
