V8 ZJ tie rod is pretty cheap for the strength and bolts right on.

Yeah I think it was ~$140 for all of the parts from Napa and installed in less than 20mins. Its significantly beefier than stock.

So this is how my brother finally passed inspection with cardboard over the lights and license plate zip tied to the bumper lol

It stays close to wheel. And about 70 mph. Slower is better to make it wave though.
