Why do you have a gym key? And yeah I know. I have taken a lot of pain killers. But at least I never got on prescription, I would never do that unless I had to. The addiction is bad. Ibuprofen. Is my friend. In moderation.

My gym is unstaffed, open 24/7 you just have an entry key to get in,
And I have a rx but I've never taken it. To strong for me to mess with. I take tylenol rapid release, 2 before the gym, and if I'm in pain during the day or like gonna be working on my jeep I'll take 2,

Nice thats cool. I have keys cause I work there lol. But yeah I like ibuprofen because side affects aren't as bad especially long term use. I'll switch with that and naproxen sodium sometimes every few weeks. My pain is kind of cyclic so sometimes I get by without anything for a few days.

very convenient. Working out helps my stress levels and relieves joint pain so if I can go at 11pm I do
My pain is the same way some days it's non existent, dull, or sometimes it's hey it would hurt less if I sawed my knee off with a rusty pocket knife

sleep, alternate heat and ice a little, epsom salt bath, ibuprofen, try some walking, I wouldn't lift at all, by leg exercises, stick to stuff that won't touch your back AT ALL.

I'm getting an X-ray in a few minutes so we'll see how that goes. And I'm staying away from all lifts that could involve my back
