A tcase drop as said before will hurt your break over angle. A mml will not only fix the driveline angle but also lift your engine so your less likely to hit your oil pan since then it will be inline with the frame rails in stead of hanging down below.

You can get a RC mml for $50 and its the same thing as the jks. All it is, is a billet aluminum block with new bolts and stud extensions.

so i could look for a lift that doesn't come with a tcase drop (cheaper) and get the RC mml.... that sounds good

I'm selling my 31s so I can go to 33s, as far as price I like the rough country 3.25" for about $360, but I haven't heard good things about their shocks. So I don't want to go much over 6-700 bucks

4.25" TJ Combo Lift J25/J26 $529.99

If you want to get adj CA's later, Look at RC x-flex, Their well built with basically the same joint as a JJ for 1/2 the price. Ive had mine for 2.5months and love em

Are rough country lifts good? I was gona go teraflex bc it takes the scoop off but the rugged ridge one is cheaper. I believe rough country and rugged ridge go hand in hand ( at my understanding )

Half the people you ask will say no the other half will say yes esp if your on a budget.

Their shocks are stiff and their springs tend to sag (what springs dont?) But their CA's are good quailty and will last if you build the joint right. If your gonna get a lift I'd suggest piece it together, it will cost less and you will get what you want.

Like how? Go to a junk yard or something? And are all springs the same diameter? If I could go grab some springs from a old lifted beater that would be great haha, the money I'm throwing away is I want fox racing shox (cheaper ones)

What I meant was get parts from different manifacturers ex. springs from metalcloak, CA's & TB from RC, Shocks from Rancho

Only 60 days? In WA if you've had your license for less than a year that's an automatic revocation for like a year haha

Glad to see there's jeepers all around

The rough country stuff isn't that bad, my buddy had it on his tj and it flex's great and he loves it, I don't see how their shocks are stiff? I can push them in, my stock ones I couldn't (even though they were 25 years old) if your worried about it go with zone offroad, a little more pricey but is good

Its all about valving, the frequency in which your hand pushes the shock down is greatly different than the frequency on/off road.

Sounds like you need new shocks
