I just use a regular lighter and quickly heat the end and pull lightly. slow and steady. You can always reheat the insulation, but you can't put wire back on, lol. And yes jack, I've never used those exact ones, or wire as small as you guys were talking. Just throwing in some $0.02

I'm sure that works too. I like wire strippers like those, they hold the wire so it doesn't pull the strands out as it strips it.

I just bought a similar set, and they say they don't wok on anything below like 20 gauge. But those are different so maybe they can go smaller?

Mine are made for medical grade equipment and I've used it as low as 30 gauge wire.

That's nice. Usually I just can't find them among the clutter and tools and whatever else in my garage, and need to do like 1 wire. I always keep a lighter, so it's quick and easy. and a cool trick

Here she is without rollbar cover or windshield bars. Its amazing how much easier it is to get in. I'm 6'3" so always having to stoop to get in gets old. One of my first goals is to at least lift her to where I can't see over the top when it's on, and that's a couple inches.

Also anyone know how to get that white arrow off the spare? When I got my tires a few weeks ago I got the same ones I had, and had them put the best one as the spare because the original spare was still on and was different. When they did I also had them flip the tire around so the black wall was out, and to do that he drew the arrow with some kind of marker. I've scrubbed and brushed and dry rubbed and I can't get it to budge. If it was in rotation it'd get warn off, but its not.

I've gotten to touching with the sprayer at a do it yourself car wash. Nothin. Granted that's not insane psi but it was pretty strong.

Why not just trace over it with a sharpie?

Well I was able to get the jeep running again. My gf's dad is awesome, he helped me for hours while we worked on it in my schools parking lot. He said even he was starting to miss seeing my jeep around.

It does make it easier, Im 6'3" also, but you need them if your running a bikini top in the rain. If you want it so its taller than you, put a 1.25bl/mml, and a 3" suspension lift on 33s and your jeep will be around 6'5"-6'8"

I'm planning on trying the 4.25" zone combo lift in the future. Right now I have no cash.
