Since ya'll are in high school too, and probably don't carry more than one other person with you at a time, have ya'll removed the rear seat out of your Jeep too reduce weight and increase cargo area? I did it today and still don't know if I like it yet. I had to pull the carpet also because it got wet when my dad and I were pressure washing the underbody this past weekend to prepare to paint. Apparently the previous owner left the drain plugs out so water sprayed up through them onto the carpet. It smelled like a wet dog but it's gone now and the underbody looks good and shiny instead of rust spots. Here's some pics without the seat and carpet:

I move it in and out. I do frequently have more tha. One other person but I usually know before I leave if I will or won't so just adjust accordingly

I take it in and out as well. But with some dirty mudder seat covers I think I'll leave it in for looks.

Done. I'm pleased with the finished product. They sure look a hell of a lot better than they did. And since my body's black, I did a bit of redneck touching up...

Black jeeps ftw! The flairs look great good job! I repainted mine last summer but apparently we didn't do so hot of a job, they already need repainting. Did you take the flairs off or just tape everything off?

Oh yeah. That's way better. Nice job! I'll put up some pics of when I'm done painting my spares wheel and when I finish up these brownies.

Thanks guys. I taped everything off with 2" 3M painter tape.

I almost did, until I read a guy's thread where he'd done his, and he happened to use tape. Works nicely. Just rip it off when you're done.

It's "Graphite" and I thought it'd be close to the black but break it up just a tad to really set the wheels off. I'm going to rewrite "Jeep" on the center caps in orange. It'll look sweet. Man I'm ready to order that OR Fab bumper.

Speaking of re-writing, my Jeep doesn't have Jeep written anywhere on it. Lol should I get some new decals or just leave it unmarked?

I personally like my "Jeep" decals. The Sport ones as well. Love them all. I'm going to paint my Tow Hooks and D-Rings Graphite as well. Do you guys think I could fab up a way to mount my Fog lights on to the back bolt on my Tow Hooks? I don't like how the OR Fab bumper with hoop has the lights mounted on the top (They're level with the headlights... eww) but I'd like them on the side. Think that might work?

You could. Or possibly use hood mounts. You can always get creative

Maybe. I'll try to do something that works on the bumper first. With my stocker fog lights and broken fog light switch lol.

Are home made decals possible? Paint, rather than stickers though. I kinda want to customize them. :P

Nice jeeps man. Those are pretty sweet. Love the pictures Topher!

I would paint the jeep on with... well you could tape off "Jeep" and spray paint it on or use a paint brush RockyWrangler.

I'm thinking about "4.0 TJ" on either side of the hood, where Rubicon is on Rubi's.
