I have my top and doors off and touched up my bedliner, so I couldnt put my doors on anyways. I just tossed the top up before work, and pull the seats up. towel over the steering column. waterproof.

Wouldn't help. She thinks you are going to be thrown out and trampled by wild horses or something.

Well basically they just protect you from side impact. BUT considering how high our jeeps sit we are protected anyways. Not if we were hit by something big enough to sit that high, I dont think we would be worried about that, more like us dying... Thats how I look at it. I just don't plan on getting hit by being a good driver.

Well my roommate disappeared earlier with her mom...no clue where she is. One of the girls next door is loud as all get out. They're just all enjoying the college lifestyle until they get slammed with actual course work. I'm not complaining though, it's my first full day here. It'll get better, and it beats the hell out of living with my best friend at the other school. We just can't be around each other for too long.

Kat didn't expect to get hit, either. And look what happened to Rocky and her JK. Both are testaments to Jeep sturdiness.

Too bad Consumer Reports can't figure that out.

Not locally. About an hour or so away...which is why this doesn't make sense. I'm not worried about it, I would just like to have been told beforehand "Oh yeah, I'm not coming back tonight"

Ever watched the videos? They use half door jeeps for the tests which I think are worse than no doors.

She got some minor cuts and bruises, but her Jeep got the front end knocked out place pretty bad. Not drivable. BH knows more. They have mutual friends.

I think it's a temp sensor, remotely controlled from a central location.
