Honeyyyy...I'm home!

Whew. 10 days without a phone, internet, TV, THE JEEP...oh!, and the wife. Oh the horrer of Annual Training. Good thing is I have to do the last 5 days at the armory to prep for a state inspection. I missed you guys...

I was wondering where the heck you'd run off to. Figured you were in Tahiti painting nekked women.

If I were in Tahiti with naked women, I assure you I wouldn't be painting. Unless that's what they call it over there.

None yet but I meet with the CO tomorrow or Saturday. I believe he will sign what I need then it goes up for approval at our state level. I'm also looking for a full-time national guard position if they don't approve my release. I can still retire in six years.

As far as MRE's, didn't have to suffer a single one. They gave them to us daily, I just packed them to keep in my disaster relief kit. Sometimes I sell them to the airsoft gun crowd, them like them for their paint ball wars.

We support our Troops! In a Big way. I know you started off as kinda abrasive, but it really shows that you were raised right, and you can't hide that!

"Abrasive" thats a nice way to put it
and of course a big yes @ supporting our troops, if it wasn't for them I may not have the right to be "abrasive"

welcome back, i get to do my AT here in a month or so.

i had a hella choice this year....camp dodge Iowa or fort indiantown gap Penn. for NCO school :chair:
so I'm going to FIG, the lesser of 2 evils

worst part is i gotta drive out there its about a 6-7 hour drive for me. so its either take the Heep and pay most of my AT check in gas, attempt to strap all my shit i need to my bike (while not a bad idea. but it would just piss me off if i couldn't ride while i was there) OR trade my mother my jeep for her ford aspire for 2 weeks

i told her that if she wreaks my jeep she better TOTAL it

btw...best AT of mine ever. Ktown Germany. spent 3 weeks there and dont remember much of a damn thing about it. German beer is really really good
