Hot enough for me!

I'd say my heater works good enough! 40 degrees outside too.

Just had my heater core replaced, but even when it wasn't working it would be pretty hot at 40 ambient temp. Check it when it's ten and lemme know--seems to be an exponential relationship.

I would be worried! You have a 195 degree thermostat. By the time the water circulates through the heater core and then 40 degree (mixed) air blows over it, I wouldn't expect to get 216 degrees out of the vent.

I thought the same thing but laser temps are normally very accurate.

I've never tested mine, but I know I can't keep my hand in front of it while on max heat. I often wonder if it'll start melting the vents!! lol
