How Do I Spend My Stimulus Check?

Okay here are my choices,

1) If I spend it at Wal-Mart, all the money goes to China.
2) If I spend it on gasoline, all the money goes to the Arabs.
3) If I buy fruits and vegetables, all the money goes to Mexico.
4) If I buy a good new car, all the money goes to Japan.
5) If I buy totally useless crap, all the money goes to Taiwan
6) If I buy clothes, all the money goes to Honduras, Nicaragua, Macau, Haiti

Okay, so all that isn't absolutely, totally true, but it worked on my wife. I get to spend it on good ole U.S.A. made JEEP PARTS!!!

not all parts are made in the USA.
in a friends warn 9.5ti there is an engine with a "made in brasil" sticker and the drum for the rope is "made in taiwan". the solenoids in the box say that they´re from china.
only the sticker on trop of the winch says "assembled in the USA".

Would you shut your pie hole? You want her to find out? I'll end up spending it on lumber or paint or something that entails a lot of hard work if I ain't careful!!!

Our's will be either going into the "new roof fund" or to pay off Skeeter's Cherokee. It'd be nice to have his jeep paid off but it'd also be nice to have a roof that doesn't leak.

I am lucky I got mine wholesale through my dads dealership, or I would be defaulting on the loan. Right now atleast I can barley make payments. At 1050 a month (note+insurance+gas) I could get a REAL nice apartment for that price... lol

Back on topic. When did you all get your checks? I haven't checked to see if mine came in yet, but I thought they were coming in around may?

I'm going to buy a couple of new tires for my Jeep. Thought I'd save money and do my own alignment a few months ago after I upgraded the tie-rod bar .... Not such a good idea.....

The remainder, I will use to pay for next seasons firewood to heat my house.
