My co-worker has a new black Jeep Commander- he got these ugly spinning rims and the thing is just too low and shiny... black, OF COURSE. think: If an H2 and a Escalade had a baby... Can't wait to park my dirty beast next to him at work.
HEY hey hey DONT hate the commander. thats more jeep than most. i LOVE my wrangler and it can go anywhere but anywhere a stock wrangler can go my stock commander can go too

Got this poor thing a while back while on the way to see a movie with a friend. I guess he thought he could slip by, but wasn't anticipating the red light.

60 pages of Hummer obsession??? Rent free much?

In all my years of offroading I've either been pulled out by or pulled out just about everything that roams off pavement. And I've been in Jeeps, Hummers, Land Rovers, side-by-sides, lawn-mowers and tractors. Sure, there was some good-natured ribbing between the involved parties, but this is thread is a sad, sad obsession.

How many of you have whipped out a camera to take a picture of a Hummer when you saw it on the Rubicon? Or at the top of the Escalator? Or anywhere offroad for that matter? Oh, what's that? You've never been to those places? I know lots of H2 and H3s that have. Of the few pages of this thread that I looked at all I saw was pictures taken from roads, malls, parking lots, etc. What does that say about the picture-taker?

Well if I ever see one out on the trail. I will snap a pic of it. However, to date, I have only ever seen them in the urban jungle. I
Have a friend with an h2 modified all to hell for offroading (it's the one JeepWench snagged a few posts ago). I think He's afraid to get it dirty. I've asked him several times to take it out and he refuses.

I know lot's of Jeep owners that think crossing a gravel parking lot is serious business. I know H2 & H3 owners that have driven their stock rigs over stuff that Jeeps have to be heavily modified to do.

Let's see... You joined today. You have 2 posts to your name (both on this thread). 2+2= you drive a hummer, and you are butthurt because someone told you that we on WF like to poke fun at your beloved mallcrawler. Am I close? It's ok. It's all in good fun! Stick around, you just may end up wanting to trade that overpriced, under equipped pseudo-suburban for a capable off road machine. If you got a JK unlimited, you could even keep your hummer-esque looks but have the capability of the jeep.

No, genius. I joined up to look for and ask about LED headlights for an '09 Rubicon. I stumbled across this ridiculousness. I thought the Hummer Derangement Syndrome died out a couple of years ago - I guess this is a particularly virulent strain in here. You guys are almost as bad as the completely looney FUH2 a**holes.

You may not have caught the title to this thread. Hummer Hunting. Hummer Hunting is just like any other form of hunting. You must go to where the prey is to hunt it. I have seen deer and elk in big cities but those are called zoos. They don't like people baggin those trophies. You want to shoot a record buck you go to southern Iowa. Want to shoot a Kudu then off to South Africa. If Hummer Hunting is your game then off to the mall. Should you catch one of these beasts on a trail....well that is epic and deserves to be posted here as well. Happy hunting.

Reading comprehension isn't your strong point, is it?
Should I make the generalization that since I've seen lots of Jeeps in gay pride parades that that's their normal habitat or that all Jeep drivers are KY-covered sword-fighters? Or that Jeeps like to lay on their sides & roofs to sleep - because I've personally seen lots of them doing it. Or that to do any kind of offroading a Jeep has to be modified? It's nice when people are proud of their brands, but this kind of ignorance is pathetic.

This stock H2 did the Escalator without a spotter. Can't say that I've ever seen even a modified jeep do that. I've seen plenty of Jeeps decide to roll over and take a nap at the bottom though. Must be the extra groceries and soccer balls in the H2.

You are correct reading comprehension is not my thing, accuracy is.

Keep up the fight. I enjoy a good debate. Death Wobble is covered extensively on this site. Don't get it confused with bump steer.

Be sure to check out other threads. Tons of info here.

A bunch of us are headed to Moab in May but keep your head down cus i'll be hunting.

Anyways...found this one last night while attempting to make a Bojangles run. The 4" lift and chrome really made it stand out, hence the need to chase it down in the Super Walmart parking lot and put it out of its misery.

Last time I was in Moab('05) the Jeeps in our group got swollen mangina and avoided the stuff we went on. It was pretty funny listening to the back-pedaling.

The wording of your last sentence almost sounds like a veiled threat. I'm sure you do that a lot while behind your keyboard.

Hoo Doo why are you even here? In your total of 8 posts you have done nothing but attempt to cause issues with other members of our happy forum. You are obviously not here for help otherwise you would have a humble attitude and hope that a fellow jeeper is nice enough to take time out of his or her day and help you. No one is forcing you to stay, and it seems you are very against this "sport", which is just a good old fashioned ribbing between enthusiasts, so might I suggest you remove yourself from this thread?
