I Bit Meh Tongue!

I bit a large chunk of my tongue while eating a candy apple...

Blood all over the place and now its hard to eat or drink!

anyone else bite their inner cheek or tongue as well?

I dont know the pain, but I feel for you! I would HATE it if I could not enjoy a good steak.

Damn... that sucks. I've caught my cheek before and it felt none too good.

It was oooo so good, I marinated it for few hours and injected seasoning into it. I had one left over so I chopped it up and made a sammich out of it. I think it was the brown mustard that really messed with my tongue. =(

Doing a dish with COD tonight

Oh and smeg if I could send you a picture of my tongue that included it so you could feel the pain I would. Not as bad this morning but still hurts. =(

Come to think of it, I split my lip open all the way through on Thanksgiving morning a few years ago. I took an elbow to the mouth playing football before the afternoon food (I was old enough to know better.. not sure why I didnt listen to myself). I had to get stiches inside & out and a few interior.. I couldnt smile or eat solid food for at least a week. It REALLY sucked smelling the T-day food and not being able to have anything but a milkshake or protein shake.

I know how you feel (felt).
