I cut off a Classic Bronco (and it wasn't my fault)

A few weeks ago, I was making a left turn, and a Classic Bronco that was nice and lifted (probably coming from Icon Suspensions up the street from my house) was moving along at a fairly fast clip.

I thought that my lane was clear, so I pulled away from the stop sign, and made my left turn. THE BRONCO WAS RIGHT BEHIND ME! WTF?? I picked up speed, and realized, I couldn't see the Bronco due to its' OLIVE DRAB PAINT JOB! Black wheels on Olive Drab. This Bronco was completely restored, modern, etc. Very nice Bronco, I might add. But, does anybody think the guy should drive w/his headlights on to prevent this from happening to him in the future?
