Please, in PA i go 10 over at all times its pa law that with radar you have to be going more than 7mph over the speed limit to be pulled over, and the cops won't touch you unless you are doing 12 over because if you fight it you will win...
Leave CA and and you wont have that issue.....

Yea, so do I every day according the the local PD

Never got a ticket though Maybe I'm too observant???

Local cops hate me cause they can't seem to catch me doing anything wrong even though they know I have no respect for them...
I don't think we should have to pay for protection that we don't need / want...
Every time my friends or I need them they can't help or don't want too....
They also never know the state laws they just make their own on their little power trip...They hate when I reach in the glove-box and pull out the PA Vehicle Code book and ask them to find the law I broke.....
That's just my $.02
Sorry for the small rant there.....

Hi, I'm a filthy spammer and I get off on spending my time mucking up forums in an attempt to get a link posted up. I try to look like I'm actually a contributing member but I'm not smart enough to do that, so I know my processed partial pork product will be deleted within moments of being posted up.

Sorry for being such a tool.

Is it really spam? I clicked it and had no issues. Led to many other DK songs I had forgotten about. If it is spam, I apologize.

That is incorrect. It is the driver's responsibility to make sure the "proof"....insurance card......is in the vehicle.

More irresponsible excuses......."not MY fault...."

Also, according to my friend... he receives overtime pay for attending court, so if it's the same for CHP, you're screwed if you're relying on him to be a no-show. Still could get it tossed out though. Challenge it...the worst that can happen is they'll make you pay the fines.

I wouldn't think you could get a ticket for street racing if you aren't speeding...reckless op...sure, but racing? WTF.

Wow WTF kinda BS is that......
Someone needs to drop a Daisy Cutter on that barracks.....
See how many stupid tickets they write then.....

I'm going to bed so I don't go off the deep end in this thread.......
I cant stand cops..... and I pay their freakin salary.......
America's police forces are too big..... we need more crime to support it so the cops make crap up to support their job....

They need to worry about people getting killed by zombies not how fast you were going on the way to work.....

My uncle worked for the city he lived in a few years back and while on his way to work with a co-worker, they got pulled over by a city cop for speeding...just like 8 mph over or so. Usually in that city, the employees of the various city jobs would cut each other a little slack. City workers would help cops out if they were stuck in deep snow and cops would normally let the city workers off with warnings for small things like minor speeding violations.

So my uncle told the cop they worked for the city hoping to get let off with a warning and the cop ends up being a complete prick saying, "I don't give a sh*t" and then noticed they also weren't wearing their seatbelts and wrote them each violations for that as well.

Funny thing is...that cop forgot that those city workers are the same guys pushing tons and tons of snow down the city streets after a big snow storm and when a cop treats them like they're worthless, those city workers remember that and vow to get even.

Needless to say... they ended up completely burying that cop's car a few weeks later when they saw him parked off on the side of the road.

Many of my friends are either police officers or corrections officers so it's all in good fun...if I'm breaking the law, I may be pissed when I get the ticket, but I won't deny that I was breaking the law and deserved whatever I got...but there ARE situations where most cops will let you off with a warning and even other cops will agree that either the cop was a prick or you were extremely disrespectful to the cop if you receive a ticket in some instances. Does it mean you don't deserve the ticket? Technically...no. You broke the law. But it also can say that the cop was a total prick.
