I love me some Ruger!!!

I bought a new P95 a couple of months ago and have put a few hundred rounds through each magazine I got with it.

This past weekend I had one magazine feed perfectly. The other magazine would fail to eject a round, double feed, or even stove pipe ammo. Needless to say a problem all the way around. Obviously the weapon was not the problem because it worked with one magazine.

So I called Ruger yesterday, got a CS person on the phone pretty quick and told them what happened. They got my address and said they'd send a new magazine out with a prepayed package for my old magazine. No questions asked!!!

That is what CS is all about!!

Now if I can get Keltec to fix my .380 or tell me why the magazine drops after every shot and it rarely feeds the next round I'll be set. So here's to hoping Texas will go open carry after the next legislative session and I can just tote the Ruger around an be completely happy.

I named him after my husband's first handgun.

Ruger customer service is outstanding. My P95 and Mini 14 always perform flawlessly.

Rugers are like Jeeps. They don't look like much to most people, but they sure function. Some friends refer to Ruger as a manufacturer of quality farm implements.

I can say that. I live about 3 miles from the Prescott facility. In fact, I had a 22/45 I purchased used which was not cycling properly. I called the factory and talked to someone who started to lead me to the mailing process. I asked her if I could drop it off in 10 minutes.

They replaced the extractor and ejector for free. The SN showed that it was an employee purchase. Great support.

My wife has a P95 and has shot thousands of rounds through it without a problem. I am sure she would tell anyone that that is her favorite gun to shoot other then her AR15.

I will admit that my brother keeps our guns clean for us. He has a SR40C and loves it.

My first handgun was a P85 MKII and it was always having failures. Feeding and stove pipes. Gave me a bad taste about Ruger semi auto handguns. I had a .44 Super Redhawk with a red dot optic that I used for deer hunting. Very tight groups with that. I loved my mini14 except the aftermarket mags were junk. Not the guns fault. Never should have sold that one.
