If you could write one law?

If you could write one new state/federal law, what would it be?

Like that!

How about no new laws until the ones we already have are enforced?

It would be highly illegal to be on the cell phone, in the left lane.
Punishable by $20,000 and, or 10 yrs in jail. That might stop the bull sh!t we all have to deal with, on the highways, everyday.

My first law....Effective immeadiately...Death to all lawyers. Practicing law would be punishable by death!

And Justice would be sure and swift...If you are caught dealing drugs..you are to be shot on sight.

Death row would not exist...Bullets are cheaper that what it costs to house an inmate for years...

OK more than one but how about this..My first law would be...WHAT I SAY GOES!!!!!!

I would make my one law: I am able to make a total of 3 laws.

Now for my other two.

1. All laws are as of now Null-Void. As of now, the United States of America shall operate under the: Do not steal or harm from anyone in any way shape or form. Punishments shall be EQUIVILENT to your chrime. Steal an apple, buy them a new one. Blow off someones arm? Yours is gone too. Kill someone, Call the Firing Squad.

2. The CONSTITUTION SHALL NEVER EVER AGAIN BE THROWN OUT THE WINDOW. The constitution is our countrys bible, and shall be seen as such untill the USA is no longer the USA. No more "maybe it really means this." Its very simple. Free Speach, Free Religion, Everyone has a right to a firearm etc. etc.

Thats what I would do.

How about a 1 kill law
In your lifetime you are allowed to kill 1 person, (make it count)
kill 2 and you will be killed,
be nice to everyone because they also get their 1 kill, you might be it!

How about...

marriage licenses expire every 5 years. You can either re-new them or just let them expire.

How about actually upholding the 2nd amendment? People are much more civil when everyone is armed! (By the way, I believe in the NRA, and am a member)

i'm waaaaaayyyyy agreeing on the abolish death row and use a bullet as soon as he's outta the court room.

but my law would be to make all punishments fit the crime. examples

steal something, get your hand cut off (that way you cant steal again)

assault some1; lose a limb (that way you cant easily assault some1 else) and you get beat by some1 to "pay back" the favor

murder, well your dead

rape; get your junk cut off and get raped by the biggest baddest person around (thats willing)

i think yall get the point

I have a relative who votes "no" on every new - law/proposal/initiative/whatever - that comes out. They said that we have enough laws now, that noone pays attention to, so why make more.

Yall will probably all disagree with me, but I think that there should be a mandatory military service for high school grads or for anyone turning 18 that can't seem to make it out of school.

Since I can only post what my one law would be, I had to make it extreme to have the most affect for what I think would positively influence society in this country.

Of course, there could be exceptions to having to serve, but to be decided by a panel of active duty servicemen and servicewomen to see if a persons obligation should be waved.
