Well the last time i talked to quadratec about my order, they told me it will ship today. So do you think my order is shipped or not? Just for the info I ordered it last month and been getting excuses and lies.. |

Man, you are really being patient. Well done. More than I could say for myself in the same situation. I'd cut bait and buy from Northridge if you can avoid a loss. Hang in there.

What was it you ordered, again?
Can't vote unless I know.
I went through that with them once. All I asked for was for them to at least contact me with some information. They had my e-mail address... USE IT!!! All I got was a backorder on the item with the rest of my order. Guess that was too much to ask.
I ended up cancelling the item and bought it elsewhere.
Their "customer service" person was an idiot.

I've never had any trouble with them.

but i can put on the 35s in the winter in 10-15 minutes while a lift is a whole another story.

yeah my hands get cold when its under 65 degrees, but then again i have a pronlme with circulation, but i cant work on my jeep when its cold, my hands dont work

Never had a lick of problems with Quadratec. 16 orders over a year and a half.

actaully its not quadratec its full traction, he got his shocks from Q tec within a few days, FT still hasnt sent the kit form their factory, but Q-tec shoulda told him itd be a while
